She provides support to spouses, partners, parents, and individuals looking to improve communication, increase emotional connection, establish healthy boundaries, and find peace in their relationships. Her approach is client-centered and strength-based, helping clients develop personal insight and self-confidence on their journey of growth, empowerment, and healing.

Trauma-Informed Counseling for Every Age
Our lives can be a beautiful albeit messy adventure. Sometimes, we find ourselves struggling and need to reach out for help. Laurie offers an encompassing approach to counseling, customizing the experience for adults, children, teens, families, and couples. With a Master's Degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University, Laurie has worked closely with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and children within the foster system who experienced abuse and neglect. Her foundational belief is that each person is a beautiful individual worthy of becoming their very best self. Everyone deserves to be heard, to be cared for, and to have an advocate working with them to reach further and stand stronger.

LGBTQ+ Affirming Child & Adolescent Specialist
Meghan earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University New England. Specializing in complex trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, she provides a nurturing, LGBTQ+ affirming space for children, adolescents, and families. Her therapeutic approach draws on Adlerian and client-centered play therapy, alongside CBT, to help clients tap into their inner resilience. Meghan believes in meeting each person exactly where they are — creating a safe environment where healing can happen at its own pace.
