Who I Am
Our lives can be a beautiful albeit messy adventure. Sometimes, we find ourselves struggling & need to reach out for help. I offer an encompassed approach to counseling, customizing the experience for adults, children, teens, families, & couples.
If you are struggling with depression or are dealing with Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety or self-esteem problems, we can chart a client specific course to wellness. If at home, you are dealing with issues in your marriage/partnership, Domestic Violence (verbal, physical, financial, or emotional abuse) or have suffered sexual trauma, we can work together to find safe solutions.
I graduated with a Master's Degree from Lenoir Rhyne University in 1996. Since then I have worked closely with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault as well as children within the foster system that had been abused & neglected.
